personalized calendars ༘⋆✿
i design personalized calendars for my partner and some loved ones. they have been quite the hit every time i’ve shared them, and i know firsthand that they make such a sentimental and cherished gift. sooooooo, i’ve finally decided to offer my personalized calendars to *you* for the holidays this year!

for my personal calendars, i choose photos of my partner and i from each month and place them on the calendar page of the month they were taken. for example, in my 2026 calendar, the november 2026 page will be full of photos of us in november 2025. we have found this to be a sweet way to look back at exactly what we were doing a year ago and reflect on memories and how we’ve grown.
as you can see below, there are a few different styles of calendar: digitally drawn, structured, and hand drawn.

you will send me photo albums of whatever you would want included in the calendars. it can be pictures of people, of things, whatever you please. if you want to organize the pictures by month like i do, you can. if you would rather just send me a bunch of photos from all over the years and leave me to my own devices, you can. it’s totally up to you! you can share your photos to gracespace.art@gmail.com via google drive or dropbox (whatever you prefer). if you’re not familiar with these options and need a little guidance, shoot me an email to the above address and i will assist!

how it works:

pricing:
there are two options you can choose from depending on your budget and vision.
​​
★ option one: the simple calendar
with a “simple” calendar, i'll include 2-4 photos per month, plus your choice of a digitally drawn or structured month grid (examples above).

★ option two: the extra calendar
with an "extra calendar, i'll include anywhere from 2-10 photos per month. i'll also send you a form to fill out so you can provide extra information for me to personalize the calendar. in this form, you can include:

★ your choice of aesthetic and color palette
★ your choice of a digitally drawn, hand drawn, or structured month grid (examples above).
★a list of your favorite things (or the person you are buying the calendar for’s favorite things), or little even inside jokes between you and the person so i can include them in creative and personalized ways throughout the calendar
★a list of important dates you would like to include in the calendar, ie: family birthdays, anniversaries, etc!
★any messages, lyrics, or sweet nothings you’d like me to write on the back cover like you see on my calendars. i want this to feel like a keepsake and gift from your hands as much as it is mine!

simple calendars will be priced at $55 each, and extra calendars will be priced at $80 each. i usually put anywhere from 10-20 hours into these calendars depending on how involved they are, so i hope that these prices don’t seem insane to you! <3 i accept paypal, zelle, and venmo. if those options don’t work for you, shoot me an email at gracespace.art.calendar@gmail.com and we can work something out!
printing:
once the calendar is done, there are two options for printing:
★ i send you a digital file of the finished calendar and you will print it at home or get it printed elsewhere on your own (i recommend office max or staples; they offer affordable and reliable same day printing).
★ i have them printed by canva (my favorite mode of printing; their calendars always come out so nice) and have them sent to your address. the cost for this is $25 and that would be added to your total calendar price.

timeline:
calendars take a maximum of a week to design, and based on the printing option you choose, they can either be printed same day by you (at an office supply store or on your own printer), or if you opt to have them printed by canva through me, it can take around 2 weeks to ship to you. please keep these timelines in mind if you’re looking to order in time for the holidays <3
purchasing:
to purchase a calendar, click the link above. you will not be charged up front. based on the type of calendar you choose, and if you would like your calendar shipped for an extra cost, i will email you with the total price of your order. once you pay for your calendar, i will begin to work on it. i accept paypal, zelle, and venmo. if those options don’t work for you, shoot me an email at gracespace.art.calendar@gmail.com and we can work something out!
